How to Set-Up Your Facebook Ads Account for Your Ads Manager

  1. Look for “Ads Manager” Toward the bottom of the left-hand column of your homepage.setup facebook ads

 

  1. Click on Ads Manager.
  2. Ads Manager will prompt you to fill in all of your personal information.
  3. Once you’ve completed that, click on Ad Account Settings and choose ALL TOOLS at the bottom.

 

 

  1. Choose Ad Account Settings under Settings.
  2. Then click on Account Roles.

 

  1. Click on “Add a User”. You must be friends with the person for them to be an account manager.

 

  1. Add the person as an account admin.
  2. Be sure they are also an editor or Admin on the BUSINESS Page you are using for your ads. (You must have a business page associated to run ads.)

 

To add someone as an admin/editor on your Facebook page:

  1. Click on Settings at the top right of the page.
  2. Click on Page Roles on the left menu under General.
  3. Type in the name of the person (must be friends with them).
  4. Select the role as Editor or Admin. An Editor can perform must functions, including Ads Management.
